Green Jell-O with Pineapple and Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 package lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 0.50 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
- 0.50 cup shredded carrot
Steps
- Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water; let bloom 1 minute, then stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in cold water and pineapple juice.
- Fold in drained pineapple and finely shredded carrot.
- Pour into a lightly greased mold or dish.
- Refrigerate uncovered until set, about 4 hours, then unmold (if desired) and serve.
