Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 4 cup peach slices, fresh or thawed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.50 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
Steps
- Preheat Dutch oven or conventional oven to 350 F.
- Mix peach filling: stir peaches with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Prepare batter: whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and melted butter.
- Assemble: spoon peach mixture into Dutch oven and dollop batter evenly on top.
- Cover and bake for 60 minutes until topping is golden and filling is bubbly, then serve warm.
