Miso Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cup dashi broth
- 0.25 cup white miso paste
- 1 cup tofu, cubed
- 0.25 cup wakame, rehydrated
- 0.25 cup scallion, sliced
Steps
- Bring dashi broth to a gentle simmer.
- Dissolve miso paste with a little hot broth, then stir back into the pot.
- Add tofu and rehydrated wakame; heat gently without boiling.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced scallion.
